You more than likely seen a few videos on X, Facebook or even Reddit. Short videos of street lights flashing on and off which acts as a power surge. There has been close to a 1,000 reports on this within the last year. And it will increase. Yet, these events are not isolated and some of them actually have direct answers especially if it pertains to street or parking lights. Some does not have an explanation. Lets take a look at some of the reported videos.
This next one is from MrMbb33 and shows the current 2025 phenomenon.
During these events, power companies reported no issue. which makes sense as the power is still being distributed to these areas but if you look closely, some events are not like the others. And asking the right question can help identify what is really going on. The videos where parking lights are blinking or flashing is due to one of the street lamps have a broken bulb or setting. This affects the wattage/voltage and power distribution to other lights connected to the same line.

Now, if you notice the video with the entire area including houses that are blinking/flashing (last video). This is a completely different issue altogether that deserves an explanation since the issue is not voltage or wattage related. It is truly something else. This could be energy weapons to faulty smart technology. It is important to know how the electric grid is holding up in the affected areas.
Strong proton storms can cause the invisible electric field to produce too much ground electricity. CCP has energy weapons that can also disrupt power and I am not talking about electric magnetic pulse. We are talking about something new and currently on the latest CCP satellites.
This is why I have been watching the skies for CCP spy satellites lately.
Recently in Eastern Kentucky, I noticed radio interference in the area. At first, I though it was my antenna’s and feedline. Until local law enforcement and emergency response also reported the same interference on their end as well! High enough frequencies can cause a jamming effect which can affect smart technology including power grids since they use sensors. I am still trying to pinpoint the source but I can confidently say if this high frequencies is related to these power surges, it is not natural.
The other element to ask is, the power surges government experiment or simulation on testing for vulnerabilities against Blacksky events? Are these scare tactics by government working with local government?
These events with power surges and even power disruption comes at a time where AI is increasing and more power is needed for data centers. We have constant threat from the sun and radiation storms from cosmic sources. There is government experiments and then there is smart technology. The polar shift cataclysm with severe climate change including weather modification makes it really hard to track and pinpoint the cause of “some” of these events. If it is street lights, confirm if they are LED or even using smart technology. Always confirm and watch the skies!
